Feedback gevenI also had a 50% reward voucher for their bone-in wings, so I decided to give them a try. I placed my order through the mobile app, but I was really disappointed with the customer service this time. There was only one person handling both billing and serving, and they seemed overwhelmed. I had to wait about 30 minutes for my order, and they forgot to include the ranch dressing that was part of it. As for the wings, I expected them to be wet, but instead, they were more of a dry rub. I wouldn't call them hot; they were more mild, as I felt no heat at all. The portion size was decent, with six wings included, and the sweet potatoes were good as usual. Overall, though, I was pretty disappointed with the experience!
The food was delicious, but the restaurant didn't have air conditioning. The black bean burgers and Brussels sprouts were fantastic! However, the s'mores shake had a strange surprise in it—there were these weird, clear, hard rubbery things on the bottom that looked like creepy little bears. I have no idea what they were!
I was recommended this place and, with a gift card in hand, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. The staff were very knowledgeable about the menu, though at times it felt like they were speaking a different language! I ended up ordering the Avocado 1/3 Burger, along with smash fries and a drink, while my partner opted for the Smash All Burger, fries, and a drink as well. Our total came to $22 and some change. The greetings and service from the cashiers were excellent and felt very personal. The food was fantastic, and the staff were wonderful. The menu is unique and offers flavors that stand out from most places; it's definitely worth a try. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience—thank you!
I must have my first date here and it was a pretty good experience. The food was made fast and the burgers were a decent size.
What a change. This used to be one of the best Smash Burger locations. Now I won't even consider going back. Katherine, while taking our order was rude and obviously having a bad day, rolled her eyes several times when answering questions about the menu. Our shake was bland and possibly a different brand of ice cream, did not taste like Haagen Dazs. We were the only people in the restaurant and somehow our sandwiches were brought out warm, like they had been sitting under a warming light and the bun was dry or old.
