Feedback gevenThe staff was very impressive. They were short-staffed, but remained cool under pressure. The friendly lady who took our order informed us that they were running low on supplies but were managing to keep things moving smoothly, creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Our food will be arriving soon and I am confident it will be delicious, as always. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
The app was buggy today, but they got me sorted and eating was as good as expected. they could be a little more generous with chili and be on their coneys. they weren't shy with the sneaking and the sneaking.
Ordering on the app, but was ignored by the running line thru line. 10 min. I misunderstood my order. Previously I was not interested, but with the price increase I expect attention to details.
The foot long Coney I got was not satisfying at all. Being a former Sonic cook, I know the beef dog wasn't on the hot roller at all, looked white like it was boiled. We fried our dogs when they were not roll ready. Wife didn't want ketchup on the burger but it was there anyway. This Sonic (morning shift) is ?today. 1/12/22 10amCome on Sonic! You can do better.
We ordered 2 jr. frito chili cheese wraps, 2 chili cheese hotdogs, 1 breakfast toaster, 1 chili cheese tater tot, 1 corndog wacky pack. This order was $22.24The only thing fit to eat were the 2 hotdogs. The wraps and tots were old and cold. The corndog was rubbery. The apple juice box came with no straw.I have never received such poor quality food from any Sonic.I hope this is a one time incident.Mobile order to Sonic at Tulsa hills. (81st St Check#59377.
