Got my coffee wrong, wouldn?t fix it, asked for refund. 6 hours later, call about refund I don?t see go through on my account, they accuse me of being a prank caller. I?ve always had good experiences at every other Starbucks. I will never return to this one.
I usually bring my travel mug and order a grande, but the barista went out of her way to recommend that I get a tall so that all the drink would fit and I wouldn't be overcharged. Great service!
I?ve been to this Starbucks a few times and it feels like an accident waiting to happen every time. Once your in line you can?t get out. Have always had good experiences until our past visit we waited for 15 minutes just to find out they were out of everything nondairy. That kind of thing needs to be posted before the wait. The next thing is their employee break area was sad. If non employees are doing this, thats even more sad.
I've only been in the drive thru and the couple of times that I have went there, I have been delt with great customer service and the drive thru lady always has a great attitude and a big smile! The parking lot is very tight so I always go through the drive thru but all around it still serves your taste buds here!!
Great frapuccino and the Barista's are the best, drive thru is tight but in Tulsa we make it do what it do.
