Feedback gevenJust left your Peoria store. Ordered a dinner enchiladas and a few beans Burritos. Especially asked for red sauce because the woman asked for it. Bringing food home wasn't even warm. No sauce. Icing on the cake not a single napkin. Very dissatisfied.
My wife and son went through the ride last night. She ordered a Taco 10 pack, 6 no tomatoes, 4 meats and cheeses only. When she comes into the window, they give her 10 with everything. She says to the lady that she should be different, and the lady says, “You didn’t say that,” my son told her, and he heard that the lady only confirmed the 4 with meat and cheese. My wife said she felt as if the lady was extremely defensive as if she wanted to argue her, so she decided to order only 6 more without tomatoes. Well, guess... the new batch also had all the tomatoes. She didn't want it to be an ordeal because the lady was clearly defensive and my wife is a very quiet person. After work we went to our Broken Arrow site and ordered 6 tacos for my son without tomatoes. Would you believe they have it right and they were kind to boot. Will never use this place again.
This Taco Bueno has two things that remain constant:1: their inability to fulfill your order correctly2: their ability to verbally insult their customer base after making your order incorrect. I picked up a dinner tonight for my partner and me. I asked for no beef on the Wholelotta Platter. When I came home with the food and gave my partner her Wholelotta plate, there was beef. Then I collected her food together and went back to Bueno. I went into this time and explained that the Wholelotta plate had beef (what a point to not explain which position had beef). In conversation with the line cook, they said that they could only make the Chilada new, as it was the only product with beef (they did not see the entrance or said which article was still wrong). I said I wanted the whole plate to be restored because now everything is cold. The chef sends the manager to talk to me. At this point, the manager points out that I picked up my food 45 minutes ago and tries to accuse me of lying that it is wrong. I remind them that no one at this point has looked at the order to confirm what was wrong-they are all presumed it is the Chilada (it was). How did they know? Hmmm... anyway, manager tells me they're just leaving the Chilada because the rest of the food was right. I would like to point out that her mistake has caused the rest of the food to become cold. The manager doesn't see it, refuses to make the whole plate right, so I'm just calming down for the Chilada and declares that this will disturb my partner. The manager does not respond, does not apologize for the convenience and just goes quiet. Good. Now I'm on it. This Bueno sucks. They are rude to my partner when they go, and they accuse me of being a liar while they refuse to address their mistakes correctly or with empathy. The only reason they get two stars is because the food is good when it is right. TLDR: A manager at this Bueno does not have the interpersonal skills to properly solve team errors, and instead offers a bad customer experience
I was the only person in the car inside or inside. I felt under pressure, my order as the person who worked the drive-thru window was very hurried. When my bag full of food had flown quite a lot to me out the window, I noticed that one of the salsa salsa was everywhere. I tried to get the attention of the person by screaming my arms... but I was ignored. Of course Salsa was everywhere. There's another Bueno, just a few miles on the street. No hair from my back to ignore this place, as I was ignored. I would hate to see this server when this location was busy, or even with two customers. I was the only customer back then.
Decided to give this location one more try. Mistake!!! Pulled up to drive thru at 8:13pm and they come across the speaker and inform us they are out of a certain size of tortillas so cannot do party tacos, party burritos, enchiladas, chiladas, Pretty much anything that had soft shell. So could do nachos or hard tacos, then she proceeded to say we are also out of beef and refried beans.Uh so basically you can do a hard shell taco with cheese and veggies?Seriously? This is not the 1st time this has happened. Another occasion credit card machine was down, then credit card down and could not accept cash. Another visit waited 45 minutes after ordering. By the time we got our order not only was it wrong but also cols.Getting the order wrong had happened every single time. So we have given them more than enough chances. They need to just close that location. Not only has it always been like this but the employees are always anything but friendly.
