Zoes Kitchen - Tulsa

I was so excited to try this place. I was so disappointed that I spent $30 here. I'm not a picky esser, but all I tried tasted so bad, it went into the müll. I have a mediterresche hühnerplatte, which was just a few pieces of terrible quality hugs with some twirl. the falafel was over hard, cold pieces drowned in tzatziki sauce (which just tasted like a yogurt with much too many wobble in it, I guess for texture). I also have the spinat feta roll ups. spinach was frozen in one of my rolls, and there was no single bucks feta and no taste for the frozen spinat literally frozen spinat. we go to the Greek salat romain, 1 leaf spinat, two cut paprika, 1 tomaten. Greek dressing was just a bitter aroma oil. after I had taken 1 bit of everything, my dear, felt terrible (in guessing of a strange bitter, acidic taste that seemed all) I understand that this is a chain, but I expected definitiw something that resembles real Mediterranean food. if I had lived closer, I would have taken everything back. Instead everything went into the müll. I never had a meal where there was something wrong with every little detail.

I had takeout from this restaurant tonight and accidentally received the wrong order because another customer had a similar name. I reached out to the restaurant for a refund and they promptly resolved the issue, going above and beyond to ensure I got my correct order. Thank you to the staff for their excellent customer service!

I was disappointed with the lack of Taziki sauce on my gyro today. It was overfilled with too many sweet ingredients and there wasn't enough lamb. I ended up going back to my usual choice of a ham and mozzarella grilled cheese.

I have nothing to complain about because their service is exceptional every year! The staff is very friendly and they serve the most delicious grilled salmon, cabbage and potato salad. I also can't resist their decadent chocolate cake.

The spicy chicken sandwich is absolutely fantastic. Really hits the spot and makes me feel full and satisfied unlike most sandwiches.
