El Asadero - Tulum

Best food ever had in mexico. Not the cheapest place but also not the most expensive. The service is really good !! Not regretting it at all !!

Lovely dinner and good service. Very kind staff. Good prices compared to Tulum Beach area! A restaurant you need to visit whenever you go to Tulum.

The food was perfect but the service poor. The weitres was very rude and aggressive. He was harassing the next table girls.

We were really excited to eat here, and were told there was a 20 minute wait for an indoor table with AC. Let me preface this by telling you that I’m a late forty-something woman in peri-menopause. They sat us down at an outdoor table to wait and we ordered some beer and guacamole. More than 20 minutes later, the same waiter came to take our order as if we weren’t moving to a table inside. I asked him if we could move inside, he said it’s not possible. I said we could wait longer and he responded, no not possible at all. Grrrr! If he told us from the beginning, that it was only possible to eat outside, I think I would have been ok. I hate it when people lie to me in order to make a buck. We left and happily sweated our asses off while eating at LaParrillada Steakhouse about 3 minutes away. The chef is serious about his menu and the steaks were great quality meat.

The meal was outstanding. Loved the shrimp. Got the mixed grill seafood combination for two. Was excellent. Also the best chips we had on our trip. Service was excellent. Really enjoyed the live music on a Friday night. Decor was beautiful. Has indoor air conditioned seating out outdoor seating. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
