Breakfast: The first few days we only had our free continental breakfast a plate of cut fresh tropical fruits, basket of toast a few... of pastries, fresh orange juice a lot of good coffee. On the third day we decided to have a little more, so I had Huevos Rancheros hubby the eggs every style. Both were good. They gave us our free continental. Our server, Toby was very friendly. For lunch almost every day we had Mixto Ceviche (Octopus, Fish Shrimps), Guacamole chips on the beach, with a sol for hubs of a margarita for me. Your margaritas are very good! We went out for dinner a few times, but didn't like it and El Caudillo, so we came back! We tried the Octopus Tacos, Steak Shrimps fajtas Fish Tacos, all very good. You have a Habanero sauce that my Nabeby loved. They warn you that it is very hot, but he loves hot as long as it has good taste. Her Habanero sauce had both, and he polished it every day. Toby Wilbur were also great servers that we really appreciate their kindness attentive service. There was another guy, but we didn't get his name that really gave great service. They are a bit more expensive than other places we ate, but we felt it was worth it. The food was consistently good and the service. Thank you! Manny's cousin says hello!
A small and very enjoyable restaurant in Hotel Mestizo, Tulum. The food is excellent. Classical Mexican flavours and textures, all very fresh and perfectly prepared and served. The staff (especially Rudy Adan Sosa Gamboa) are very friendly, informative and full of Mexican enthusiasm, generosity and good humour. We will return for sure.
We ate breakfast lunch and dinner here several times while staying at their hotel. The food was consistently good. Breakfast: The first couple days we just had our complimentary continental breakfast - a plate of sliced fresh tropical fruit, basket of toast & a couple of pastries, fresh squeezed orange juice & lots of good coffee. The third day we decided to have a little more, so I had Huevos Rancheros & hubby had the Eggs any style. Both were good. They still gave us our complimentary continental along with that. Our server, Toby was really friendly & nice. For lunch nearly everyday we had Mixto Ceviche (octopus, fish & shrimp), guacamole & chips on the beach, with a Sol for hubby & a margarita for me.
