We arrived unknowingly just after they had closed (go for lunch not dinner), but the cook/owner lived very close and noticed us pull up. She hurried out and insisted that we stay for a meal. She cooked up some great lobster and fish. The food...was delicious!
Unpretentious, quiet, cozy, and full of character. Highly recommend the food, specially the lobster. Restaurant Arriba Peru is a family owned business with over years in service.

It looks like a hole-in-the-wall and you could easily miss it. It is in the little town of zorritos south of Tumbes. The food is simply amazing. We ate there repeatedly and loved the freshness. Lobster, lobster tortillas, fresh grouper (Mero), Ceviche made from lobster, shrimp, and grouper. The paruela is simply amazing.
