Subway - Tumwater

So, we stopped in real quick just to get some water to take over to the cemetery as the cemetery had there water shut off. We bought a foot long cookie also, just for being able to get water. The cookie was $5.00. the total bill came out to be $12.67! That was $7.67 FOR WATER... Won't be back.

Totally disappointed in the customer service. Unfriendly staff. Absolutely manhandled my sandwich didn't cook it all the way through didn't break up my meat I mean it was just disgusting I honestly could not even finish my sandwich when I took it home. They ripped my bread and then tried to act like they didn't when all I did was ask them to wrap it separately and Mark it so that I would eat that one first. I don't even care about my grammar and punctuation in this post I'm just so horrified and disgusted that I spent money here to be treated like that and have my food be absolute garbage. This is not what I expect out of subway. I had to play Russian roulette with all my six inches, hoping I got the right sandwich. I wouldn't do such a negative review it's just I keep going back to that Subway and I keep having the worst customer service and the nastiest sandwiches.

Super unfortunate the manager Charlotte wants to act like such a unprofessional and problematic child.

Omg the portion size—both the bread and the fillings—just shrunk by about 25%!

I was treated as if the employee had a grudge and i dont know her. After she was rude, for the last time in our short visit, to both, my daughter and I. I asked for her name for being rude, which she gave and added, as if it excused her being rude, that she was the manager. Great and the manager helped me choose a different place to grab food. ?
