Hop House - TUNBRIDGE WELLS

On arrival we were asked to use the antiseptic wash available. We weren't allowed to go to our table until it had be thoroughly cleaned. The menu and cutlery were brought to the table only after they too had been antiseptically cleaned. The food was brilliant, well presented and cheap! The desserts too were delicious. Excellent service, with nothing too much trouble, from Loren.

Came in yesterday for a family lunch, lovely food brilliant service from young girl behind the bar who went out of her way to get my little girl colouring in general gave brilliant service, will definitely come back

An amazing place. It may be slow. But recently it's gone under new management and its improve so much. Great choice of food and drinks. Hugely recommended. Please be patient and spend a little money to help this business reach full potential.

We have visited this pub multiple times in the past and had decent experiences. However, during our lunchtime visit today, we waited for our food and drinks for three people for half an hour. When my husband inquired about our order, we were told it would be ready in 5-10 minutes, but it took 55 minutes without any apology. It seems that there are enough bar staff/waiters, but they are experiencing issues in the kitchen. The food was average and not worth the long wait. Our daughter mentioned that she had a similar experience during her last visit when the pub was not busy. Given this, we are unsure if we will return in the future.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the service from all of the staff was exceptional. A special thanks to our waitress Renee for going above and beyond to make our experience memorable.
