Over priced garbage! Long as hell delivery and cold barely edible food.McDonald’s serve better quality food than you,what a waste of money ..suprised you’re still open will never use again

I ordered takeout and accidentally selected a BBQ base instead of a tomato base. When the food was delivered with the incorrect base, the store's attitude was indifferent. I will never use Papa John's again.

We ordered 15 large pizzas for our child's birthday party to reduce stress on the day, but unfortunately, it did not go as planned. We called in advance to confirm they could handle our order, paid a few days before, and called again on the day to double-check everything was okay. Despite assurances, they were 50 minutes late, causing us to struggle with our tight schedule. It would have been better if they had been honest about their timing and apologized, instead of giving us false updates. We wasted a significant amount of time trying to get information, only to be told it would arrive soon. If they had communicated the delay upfront, we could have adjusted our plans accordingly.

I ordered pizzas the night the snowstorm hit. The pizzas never showed up, even though the online status said they were out for delivery. I've been struggling to get a refund, as customer service has been unhelpful. I even mentioned taking legal action. The next day, I received an email stating the refund would be issued.

Food never arrived, tracked it via the tracking system on their site. Contacted customer support, no refund given had to go through paypal. Didn't even get offered anything free for their complete and utter mess up. Beyond disappointed. Will tell my friends and family and social media following not to go there or order from this company and instead head to a different Pizza outlet place.
