Prezzo Italian Tunbridge Wells

Visited this restaurant with a gift experience voucher bought for us. The food was alright, and the staff were pleasant and attentive. Was a nice experience, but not our usual goto pizzeria, so doubt we will return.

A little bit pricey but that's TW for you. Nice food, nice helpful staff. Good quality food...

My take out Margherita Pizza and especially the salad was very nice. Although I would have liked to have seen a generous topping. Also more toppings extras to choose from, like artichokes (vegetables) etc.

Me and my friend had the pepperoni pizza and carbinara both were fantastic and delicious, service was amazing and speedy, we are definitely booking again soon!!

Service was not good no smile from the main lady who served us. The lady who gave us our bill and paid was lovely, she told me she was a hairdressers and she had a wonderful smile l and friendly, good job you got her working there as the other one was lacking in customer service skills. Shame she did not look after us from the start as you would of got 5 stars for service but the other one just let you down and she was only a one star if that. We did not get asked if we would like any more drinks so we didn't have anymore and went to a pub after our meal to get some more refreshments. The calzone was lacking much meat inside and taste was lacking in flavour just a lot of dough, Had so much better calzone pizza at other restaurants. Tiramisu again disappointed with it. Stairs to toilets a slip hazard as had food waste and mess on floor . Would not go there again. I made the lady aware who we paid that I was disappointed. She said she was sorry.
