The food was delivered hot and tasted great. Very helpful staff and will definitely be using them again.

Just ordered a take away on just eat from here, delivery time was 90 minutes, it was then delayed twice, then they cancelled the order saying they tried calling to confirm details but they never called once, terrible !!!!!!

Order placed on just eat, 90 minutes before opening. Order was accepted with a delivery time of 6.10pm restaurant has now updated the delivery time to 8.00pm. I called to ask if this was correct at 6.20, 10 mins after my original delivery time and was told by a very arrogant man mumbling down the phone ‘more people live local init so we serve them first’ I told him I’d come and pick it up as I wasn’t waiting another 2 hours for my food and instead of allowing me to collect, he cancelled the order. absolutely disgusting customer service and I will not be using them again and I’d recommend anyone else stay away. Don’t advertise a delivery distance if you’re not prepared to fulfill the delivery!

We ordered takeaway, via their website. The website is brilliant. Comprehensive and easy to use. It told us that our food would be ready in 40 minutes. Make that 60 minutes, as there was a 10 minute wait. And then they realised they'd missed something off the order, and called us back, before we got to the car. The food was a mixture of good and ok. The sag paneer was really sweet, too much for me. The chicken tikka was over salted. The paneer was heavenly. The madras was great. The okra, we didn't get to taste, as they gave us aubergine instead, which tasty enough. And the lamb bhuna. That was missing entirely. But hey, we got 20% discount, so that kind of covered the ommision. I probably wouldn't use them again, mainly on the basis of the chicken tikka and spinach. The staff were very friendly, so I'm guessing that they're trying hard. But how difficult is it to take an order over the internet and get it right?

I tried to get food from this place by using Deliveroo and it took over 2 hours and the time took over the expected time arrival and the cherry on top is that it never even arrived. I called the restaurant more than five times, they never picked up. Finally spoke to the customer service of Deliveroo three times, one of them said they will take over 10-15 mins more and I was like fine. Then waiting for another 40 mins, it said the food arrived. NO IT DIDNT. Luckily the Deliveroo service helped me out by returning my money spend so never buying food from this place ever again! DUCK THIS RESTAURANT!! As an Indian citizen, I am appalled by this behaviour! So if you are thinking of getting food from here, literally pick anywhere else.
