The Calypso Kitchen - TUNBRIDGE WELLS

I had the pleasure of visiting a Calypso Kitchen pop-up event recently and it was absolutely fantastic. The Caribbean dishes were delicious, full of fresh and lively flavors that are definitely worth trying.

The food was fantastic, unbelievably delicious, and it was a real treat to enjoy authentic Caribbean cuisine in Tunbridge Wells.

We got takeout from Calypso's Kitchen and the plantain was delicious. The Caribbean doubles were a bit spicy for the woman. We also had jerk chicken and vegetable curry. The only critique is that the rice was a bit dry and needed some sauce, but the chicken was well-cooked and flavorful. We mixed the vegetarian main with the chicken for more flavor. Overall, I recommend it, just make sure to add some sauce to the rice. Thank you!
