Natural Spring Chinese Restaurant

My son and I visit this restaurant every two weeks for dinner. The food is always good and delicious, but tonight was a bit of a disappointment. The waitress was very unsettling, swearing at customers who wanted their money back for waiting too long for a takeaway. I don't think it was the chef's fault, as the waitress seemed like she may have been under the influence of something. She even broke the eft machine, but I managed to fix it to pay for our food. She made us both very uncomfortable, and we will only return if she is not working on the night we go.

Was my favorite Chinese place until tonight in the city. I ordered a dinner with rice. it was said 45 minutes, fair enough. an hour later. sa for another half an hour and was then told that she had not even written my job and forgotten everything. both my friends sat through and missed their vaterday dinner waiting for food that was never cooked. not to mention one waitress in front of home, drinks, everything. eating is great when it ever comes.

Great “traditional” Australian/Chinese food! a lot of gf options also!

Seeest joint large service, real service. costumed.

The customer service has turned to ****. blonde piece that worked there has zero customer service. burdened or not, they do not sniffy notices to their customers who have waited for almost 2 hours to dinner. we have recommended this place to the left and middle. but from this point I will make sure that people are clearly controlling. absolutely disgusted with our service. great place to eat if they want to be too late for work.
