Checkers - Tupelo

The customer service at this restaurant is extremely disappointing. The staff always seem to misunderstand or incorrectly take orders, resulting in a frustrating experience for customers. Additionally, there are long wait times both in line and at the window, only to receive the wrong order in the end. This is unacceptable.

My fish sandwich was good but they forgot to put lettuce on it.

The food was cold, the bread lacked the bacon that I paid for and the potatoes I paid for a large one and they gave me practically some of the children's

I pre-ordered but still had to wait for more than 20 minutes when I arrived at the restaurant.

Good fast food. Don't see how they can be so fast with only 2 workers there but they are! Food is good and a good value as the price is very reasonable. They have good specials like 2 for $7 double fish sandwich or double checker burger and 2 for $5 single burgers and chicken and fish sandwich and $5 meal deal is very good and is a great deal with choice of single checker burger or ?? (Can't remember other sandwich, sorry, and 8 chicken bites and fries and small drink!! (Don't try to up size this meal their system doesn't let you for normal $1.60 up charge and it doubled the price!! So watch that one! At their prices just order another drink. I love the fries they serve! Workers are fast friendly and helpful! Overall very good and easy on your pocketbook too!?
