Two times this happened. customers leave the load no food, no drilling very little huh. chipotle you need to do better. will not be back soon. sm
Every time I place a mobile order, I've noticed that they often leave out ingredients like sour cream or other items I've requested, without mentioning it. I believe it's important for companies to let customers know if their food is missing any ingredients.
Ordered online for the pick-up when we got our food, the black was dry and old, as if it was all day, eating the woman was dry and didn't get the stuff she wanted. After I started eating my bowl, I found a big piece of plastic in it and when I went back to the load to talk to the manager about it, she looked at me as if I lay and they were over one another, to contaminate everything they did, to eat fresh to dirty skins with dirty skins.
Today was my first time at a Chipotle. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was clean. My food was good until I discovered a hair that didn't belong to me. I know it wasn't mine because it was in the middle of the bowl, and I have short green and purple hair. The hair I found was long and brown. I informed a staff member about it, and she offered to make me a new bowl, but after finding the hair, I declined. It seems that she didn’t report the incident to anyone and just went on her break.
I’ve visited this restaurant a few times, hoping my experience would improve, but it never does. It seems like they’re out of various menu items almost every other day. The food is consistently cold and tastes as if it has been sitting out for a long time. The tables are always dirty, the napkin dispensers and plastic utensils are frequently empty, and the trash bins are overflowing. Meanwhile, the staff often stands around chatting, giving the impression that they don’t care. I’ve been to some excellent Chipotle locations before, but this one definitely doesn’t meet the mark.
