Chipotle Mexican Grill - Tupelo

Bad experience for the first time at local chipotle. No onions or bell peppers, no salad dressing, charged extra for guacamole without notifying us. When asked about the peppers and onions and salad dressing, they just said there was no one there to make them. Two bowls missing key ingredients and water to drink our bill was over $24. The last several times we have ate there they have been out of different stuff such as chips, lettuce, shredded cheese, beans, barely any meat,and tonight the pico was just cilantro and tomato. Highly disappointed for a birthday meal. There should have been people doing pick-up orders and people fixing walk in customers.I have seen the grill area dirty on occasion and staff doesn't seem to be trained properly.

World most terrible Chipotle?s branch. Zero communication, they never set a clear sign. You will never know if they?re open or closed. Staff service is mediocre. The food is always undercoocked. I came to dine in at 3pm and they were closed. The sign was some absurd initials. After i asked them, on employee told me to order online. I did. And the food was tottaly different from what i order and one meal was not there.

Chipotle is the true representation of peak corporate greed. Don?t treat their workers well. Don?t pay them well. Blame their failures on the workers. And then refuse to let them unionize. May this chain go deep into the abyss. I will always support local Mexican restaurants. Chipotle is trash, inside and out.

Ordered online for pick up when we got our food the pork was dry and old like it was sitting all day wife's food was dry and didn't get the stuff she wanted. After I started eating my bowl I found a big piece of plastic in it and when I went back to the store to talk to the manager about it she looked at me like I was lying and they were cross contaminating everything they were making adding fresh food to dirty pans with dirty utinsels.
