Mcdonald's - Tupelo

The floors are always slippery when it rains...from door to front counter. No signs or rugs are visible/

If you want salt on your fries or catsup, don't forget to ask for it when you order. You'll be waiting for it if you don't.

App had issues, so I had to pay more at the location.

Hands down the worst McDonald's in the United States. Order food with the kiosk. Waited 15 minutes. Didn't get my food asked for a refund. Couldn't get that either. I would have complained to the manager but it didn't seem like anybody was in charge. I'll be contacting the owners of this franchise and complaining all the way up to food chain.

Very slow found about a handful of hair in my burger, along with a dead roach on one of my hamburger
