Sbarro - Tupelo

It seems that if you've visited one Sbarro, you've pretty much seen them all. However, I really enjoy their pizza and the variety offered at the Tupelo Mall location. I've never encountered any major problems, aside from the fact that they often don't answer the phone when I try to place an order. In the past, I would frequently call ahead to pre-order, which made everything much more convenient. Recently, though, I've had to go in person to place my order and wait for my food to be made before taking it home. This might just be a management issue specific to this location.

Ms. Beverly provided exceptional customer service. She updated me on all the combo deals and specials before I even placed my order. I highly recommend this restaurant!
