Wendy's - Tupelo

It was late, and after traveling over 500 miles, I was exhausted and hungry for something good. I decided to try Wendy's, and it did not disappoint! I placed a takeout order, and the wait time was just right. The person who took my order was professional and friendly. The food was hot and delicious. Overall, it was a great experience!

You truly put in the effort to ensure that your food is prepared just right. My triple baconator and fries are always delicious, every single time, right down to the last bite!

My husband and I stopped for breakfast. Reception friendly and timely help. Great food and service!

They were very short staff, but they were all so friendly and helpful. The food was hot and fresh.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo w/fries in the drive-through. Waited about 25 minutes with 4 people in front of me for my meal. The order was correct, but the fries were scarce and overcooked. Nicely Salted, though. For just shy of $9, I expected more. No ketchup or napkins, and the sandwich had been made for long enough for the lettuce to be wilted and soggy enough to have to remove. The window workers never spoke to me, just pushed my bag out the window and closed it quickly. I know employees are hard to come by right now, but a smile and a friendly word after sitting in a drive-through for at least 3 times as long as it should would have sent me off much happier. *Better drive-through experience a few months later, but the chicken on my regular chicken sandwich wasn't edible. It was so tough I could not bite through it. *Window worker today told me that small combos are no longer available, although the menu prices posted are for small combos. Be prepared to have .99 or more added to your bill. I checked on the website and small combos are available there, so if you want to avoid extra charges, order online. I know I will. 7/5/22
