Wingstop - Tupelo

I’m picky. I don’t say this lightly, and tonight this staff went above and beyond. They all deserve raises.Not sure of the spelling. But Desiree, specifically was a huge help. Again though, the whole staff did fantastic. Thank you.

They didnt even give me my right order like this yall job to do what the customer wants and yall cant even do that. ?️

Took nearly 45 minutes to receive our order, then the food wasn't that good like it's hyped up to be. Never again.

As soon as we walked in the lady taking our order up front was immediately in a bad mood. I told her what I wanted and she told me what the meal came with and then I proceeded to ask her I wanted a large drink please and she said large ranch I said yes please but could I also get a large Drink? She just completely ignored me and was just rude for no reason. I walked in with my boss and when she ignored me about my large drink, I looked back and he laughed and she said oh I guess it’s funny huh. It’s funny that a grown woman had a terrible attitude from the get go, we were not the only ones displeased with her either because the woman who came in after us gave the lady taking our order a piece of her mind. The Food was mid, The Flavor of the wings I ordered was Hawaiian and the sauce was good but the wings were not really warm. I did not even eat my fries because I did not want to stay there very long because of how uncomfortable I was and how displeased with the service I was. Wingstop Tupelo I hope to see more positivity and better energy from the staff in there because being a good person takes zero effort. Until Wingstop gets better staff, I do not for-see myself eating there again.
