Feedback gevenWe made our first experience at Home Restaurant by Amos enjoying an ad hoc fish menu for the evening. We returned for a special truffle dinner. Superlative, two high-level dinners with dishes made by a young Chef who poetically tells each individual ingredient enclosed in every single course. From the study of details, to the excellent combinations .. everything perfectly perfect! (The photo also lacks the homemade liqueurs from the Chef, who were Congratulations and thank you Amos, you are a good boy and you deserve so much success A thanks also to Mamma Loredana, the little Moon and all the staff for the reception, the excellent preparation and attention dedicated during the two evenings serving us all these delicacies! We were divinely We look forward to coming back to enjoy the next menu!!! Recommended
This boy deserves to be rewarded for his commitment (while his peers go to drink a beer at the pub, he works to improve himself). Be clear: he is young and cannot be compared to an established chef but his dedication will take him away.
First time in a home restaurant Cenare da Amos was a pleasant experience: First of all, because of being greeted at his home, his mother Loredana was a perfect hostess able to put you at ease and make you feel good. The young chef was able to surprise us with a truffle-based menu: My desire has been more than satisfied! A menu full of courses, ranging from appetizer to dessert. What to say, the experience was excellent! Every course a true discovery of taste and harmony of flavors! We also matched the menu with a tasting of wines always chosen by Amos. The liqueurs produced by him a discovery! I look forward to trying this experience again! There were also truffles. but we ate them before taking the photo
We stayed for lunch this Sunday with a couple of friends and we shared the table with another couple that we did not know, but thanks to the loving welcome of Mrs. Loredana and the family environment, with so much fireplace on, it was easy to break the ice and enjoy the lunch in good company. The menu based on fish we agreed to it at the time of booking (a tip: book well in advance) and I must say that it was all above our expectations for taste, consistencies, the binding... Chef Amos really surprised us. We also enjoyed the combinations of each dish with its own wine. Impeccable service... everything WOW! A note of merit also for the fact that this Home Restaurant contributes to the fundraising of the Foundation Action against hunger Italy ONLUS. The first time from Abchefperpassion... And it certainly won't be the last! Super recommended!
A perfect dinner, quality of food, all accompanied by excellent wine with sommelier prepared and cured. Amos is a great and young chef. Company and super hospitality. Service: dinner in type Pasto: Dinner Price per person: €40–50
