Alison's Cafe House - Turlock

This morning, when I arrived at Alison’s, the place was not crowded. I ordered two Ms. Devil red bull drinks and a breakfast burrito. After waiting 20 minutes in my car at the drive-thru window, an employee brought out my food but only handed me one drink. I mentioned that I had ordered two, and she responded, “Oh, well I only got you for one.” I pointed out that I had paid $23 and had already waited 20 minutes for my order, so I'd just take the one drink. She didn’t apologize; she just told me to have a good day. I really enjoy the drinks here, but my recent visits have been marred by poor customer service.

Staff was super sweet friendly but the Coffee and food was just okay. My coffee was cold and the wait time to get your food/drinks is a long time. We waited over 45 mins for our coffee and food.

Service is always amazing. They take their time with their drinks and food and you can definitely tell. So good.

Maddie did such a great job making us a keto drink and a vegan drink. I had never been there before so she was able to make great suggestions and walk us through the flavour choices. I got a vegan Almond joy frozen drink that had really good coconut milk in it with shredded pieces of coconut. There 's a cute little patio to sit on. There has got to be like 50 different syrup flavor choices, so you can come up with all kinds of combos. The drinks are handcrafted so you pay a little more than if you went to a chain but it 's worth it to support local.

Came in to order, and took like 10-15 minutes just to get my order taken. 2 families came in after me and got their drinks made immediately. Waited like another 15+ minutes for my drinks to be made. To top it all off drinks were way too sweet and over priced. You’re better off going to any other coffee spot in Turlock.
