Two guys working on Monday evening and the one working the drive through was extremely rude. Coffee was burnt. Do yourself a favor and go to the next Dunkin down the road. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Noontime on a Sunday 4 people working ones doing absolutely everything the others were literally just standing zoned out staring at the floor lol my kids and I just stood there watching the show lol wow people I thought of offering to buy them a cup of coffee so they might wake up. The other customers and I just stood there waiting for are stuff in disbelief. Sad

Tried buying a turbo over ice. Nope, they 're 'not allowed ' to do that. So, I ask to buy a small cup of ice, to do it myself. Nope. They 're 'not allowed ' to sell me a simple small cup of ice. Next, I ask for a small ice water. She brings it with no ice!I wish I was kidding. So, we ask for ice in it, and luckily the girl at the window was very pleasant about it, and confused asto why there was no ice in the cup. Person taking our order was very surly and unhelpful. Update: came back through today, andmy goodness. Still rude and unhelpful as ever. Last of their espresso beans, wasted on the wrong coffees, and couldn 't remakeit, as they were out. Was marked properly on the cup, but instead of caramel, they used irish cream. Yuck. Just very rude duringthe whole 'ordeal '...I won 't be trying this place again.
