Base and Burger - North Turramurra

It's interesting to read such mixed reviews. This is our favorite castle restaurant and the service has always been excellent. The owner is a very friendly guy, and we enjoy talking to him every time we visit. The food is amazing - full of beautiful flavors and so juicy. I couldn't believe it was frozen.

I had a rindburger at a Burfer community so they expect everything to be made handy. not here. the burgerbunker was just off the Woolworths shelf, like the frozen bark patty. like my partner, huh? the picture and had a frozen chicken patty! only terrible

I tried a burger at this restaurant that was quite tasty. However, when I called to place another order, I was informed that there would be a 50-minute wait time. This was on a regular Saturday evening, not a special event night. A month later, when their delivery person came to our car looking for a different residence, I kindly asked that they not do that again. The response was extremely rude and abusive. I have not returned to this restaurant since and do not plan on doing so in the future.

I have ordered a number of pizzas from this restaurant in the past, during this time I initially received a pizza with meat after having ordered vegetarian, everyone can make a mistake so I let it pass. Today I received yet another vegetarian pizza with...meat toppings, I only discovered this two slices in. I’m not ordering vegetarian pizza out of choice, I actually get violently ill when consuming animal protein. My suggestion is if you have any allergies of any kind DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT.
