Feedback gevenPlaced online order, it tracked me till I got to store and order gone. Called had to go in and I even proved the transaction actually twice and nothing. The rude lady in front had to switch because she would demand I prove and when I did she said I?ll have to charge you again. $45 for two chicken biscuit meals not even large. This store is out of control. They shut down online orders so they didn?t have my order. Very poor customer service.
Cannot wait until the northport location opens back up. This location is not prepared for the amount of business they are receiving. My order was rung incorrectly, I was charged more than I should have been and then they did not give me my full order. The window girl was absolutely as flat as an attitude as someone could have, When I noticed the issue as I was driving away the window girl ignored me. Won't be back. It all comes back down to training... and yall have not done a good job.
The place is clean nice and has play place for kids. Also staff are nice and helpful.
I have said it once and I'll say it again a lot of the hamburger places need to follow up how the performance of your staff it's of your staff shows the customer whenever they come there they're polite they make sure that you are served with a smile congratulation I wish to allowgic establishments and tuscles would like you.
Food was cooked well,fresh and hot.Nice size chicken.Sandwich looked appetizing not just slapped together and throwned in a bag.They ask what condiments you wanted.As they handed drinks out the window they said which flavor it was you didn't have a to guess which drink was whose.Love Chick-fil-A.
