I worked here for years and people would complain of Liens placed on their property’s without ever even receiving a bill. There has to be some kind of legal action to take. DCH=Don’t Come Here
Thought I might have sepsis so had to come here due to most people who get sepsis dying. Still here, have been here for 6 hours its almost 12am. 16 year olds legally cannot drive past 12 and I’m not with anyone else who can drive. I tried to tell them that to see if they’d maybe actually care and try to get my back faster but they basically ignored me and told me to go sit back down. Only called my name to check my vitals every 3 hours or so. This place is ridiculous. These people should not be working in the medical field at all. Will never be back here even if I was on the verge of death.
DO NOT COME HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! I must mention the black girl with braids who took my blood, and her behavior was completely unacceptable. As she drew my blood, I became very lightheaded, but she offered no assistance or support. I had to request water and crackers while on the verge of passing out. Despite being in excruciating pain, she showed no empathy, retreated to a separate room, and focused on a computer. She seemed indifferent to my distress and even chuckled as I cried. She instructed me to sit in the lobby, claiming she couldn't help. This experience left me feeling uncared for and disrespected. To make matters worse, I endured five hours of pain in the waiting room without being attended to, forcing me to seek help at a different hospital the next morning.
Negative review if it would allow...It would really be nice to have the staff provide a rough timeframe when waiting in a waiting room. It's bad when there's zero movement of people going back to the rooms after being there for many hours, that you have to leave and find a different hospital to go to. It would also be helpful that someone would actually pick up an incoming call.
From our time in the ER to our D/C, we were greeted and treated with care and concern. Christy RN in the ER (Hall B) first thing, when she saw me standing said oh let me get you a chair I wasn 't expecting this, they were very busy and we were unable to be in a room; when the lady came by to get information about insurance and such, I started getting a leg cramp and I told her I probably needed to drink more water..she said, I 'll get you some water . A few minutes later a Nsg student came to me with a cup of water; Dr. Cutlip kept me and my family updated on my Dad 's status and care; the nurses and CNA 's on 6 South took excellent care of my Dad; making sure he was dry, that he got a bath every day, always answering his request for hot coffee; the food was good and looked good!! But I can 't say enough about Leslie, our case coordinator or manager; she never stopped working on getting him to rehab; she kept us informed and paved the way for that to happen. We are soo thankful to all the staff that helped us thru this journey-I wish I could list all those wonderful nurses, especially the night nurses!! ? I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and compassion, my Dad still speaks of it! May GOD bless your staff!
