Domino's Pizza - Tuscaloosa

People are polite, friendly and professional when I go to pick up my pizza I ordered online. I am in and out of this business in less than two minutes. it's about 10 minutes away from me. they'll send me some great goods. Beyond that, her extravaganza pizza is always good. this load is a win, wins for me and my family.

The pizza was not so good. it was dry. the huhn alfredo had no sauce. the young lady waiting for me inside had an evil attitude. she told me that he was not ready and I told her I had a text that says it was him. I had to afk for my extra dipping sauce that I had paid on the line. she pretended it was a problem to put my cessures and gave them in a bag. the first time I experienced this, as this Skyland location was always my target. not happy with the service or eating that was told to me that I could bring back the huhn alfredo and they would give it back. that was an hour. this young lady apologised.

I didn't want to believe the poor reviews since domino's in general is pretty good these days. My guests wanted pizza, so I put it in the hands of domino's. Big mistake. The order took 1 hour and 50 minutes to be delivered. It was delivered 90 minutes after the tracker said it was prepared and reviewed by the manager. So I guess it sat on the counter for an hour and a half. Both pizzas arrived cold to the touch. It was worse than gas station pizza. This is the worst pizza I've had, and that's counting little Caesars. This domino's needs a severe makeover. I will not be ordering from here again. I didn't take bites out of that crust. That's how it arrived. On a positive note, the delivery driver was nice. Billy was his name. Hope you guys can get the ship back on course.

Would have given 0 star if possible. I've been a loyal customer to this location for years! The food has been slacking for a while, however I've let it go, but this is ENOUGH! So here it goes...I ordered the philley cheesstake with extra steak and extra provolone. This is what I got! Definitely no extra steak or cheese that I paid for AND missing half the bread!

Although they were very busy, my pizza was extremely good and the workers were friendly and hard working. it's not your fault you don't have the workers. Thank you for staying.
