Feedback gevenEating is bad, the service is even worse. would not recommend at all. they turn off mobile commands when they feel lazy. I don't know if they're understaffed or if their workers are simply incompetent, they're either going away from this dunkin.
The coffee was terrible; it tasted like a mix of water and something unpleasant, as if the equipment hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The cashier was nice, but the staff member was rude and made everyone wait in line for 10 minutes while she finished her tasks in the kitchen. To top it off, she was disrespectful to customers like me at the register. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Dunkin' Donuts.
The staff here are friendly, and the donuts are delightful. Be sure to try their hash brews; you won't be disappointed!
I was informed that wearing masks was required for service, which didn't bother me too much. I went to get a mask and returned, but the employee who had told me to wear one wasn't wearing his own while serving donuts to a customer. That felt pretty hypocritical. Additionally, they also gave the customer free donuts.
Went in for donuts a was told I couldn’t be in there without a mask. But when I can back in from getting a mask the same worker didn’t have a mask on. They were also giving free donuts but charged me.
