It seemed like they might have been short-staffed because it took approximately 20 minutes from the time I placed my order to receive my food. Despite the delay, my meal was hot and fresh when I finally received it. However, the wait time was longer than expected.
I ordered a burger but unfortunately they were out. When I inquired about a fish sandwich, I was told they only had chicken. I checked the freezer to see if there were any other options but there was no ice. The service was slow and the ice cream tasted off. I left feeling unsatisfied with my experience at this restaurant.
I have been dining at this restaurant on and off since 2019, and I must say that during my most recent visit this year, I noticed a significant improvement in customer service, management, order speed/waiting time, and overall atmosphere at this Jack's location. I only write reviews when I feel they are deserved, and after my wonderful recent experience at this Jack's, I felt compelled to share my positive thoughts. I tried the new cheesy bacon chicken sandwich and was extremely satisfied - I highly recommend it to any chicken sandwich fans out there. Additionally, I was treated like a valued customer at this location and will definitely be returning soon.
I said specifically, I wanted three cheeseburger such a combo 5 and an extra burger and a ranch! Not only that they forget the ranch and just gave me comeback sauce, but my third burger did not put into the pocket.
Do not go to 69S, Tuscaloosa, waited about 6 minutes watching them and not one person offered to take my order or even acknowledged me. They were not short staffed either, I left after 10 minutes
