Moe's Southwest Grill - Tuscaloosa

Half of the establishment is closed, and the few remaining tables are nearly always dirty. The regular salsa is kept outside, leaving customers to choose between dry chips or chips with extra spicy salsa. The service is slow, and actually receiving your food takes even longer. Online and in-person orders are processed at the same register, and both employees and customers often seem frustrated. Save your time and head to Chipotle down the road instead.

I dined here for the first time and the rice bowl I ordered was poorly prepared. I won't be returning.

I've visited this restaurant at least a dozen times last year. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the ingredients are fresh and healthy. What more could you ask for from a fast-casual dining experience?

I love eating here, but every single time I order nachos online, they forget the queso. think about it. they leave the queso of nachos. I even went so far to order an additional page of queso and they also let it out! it's just ridiculous!

Horrible service! One lady huffed and puffed as if she was mad that she had to take our order, one lady was just standing there as if she didn't know what she was doing. We immediately walked out and will not return!!
