Papa John's Pizza - Tuscaloosa

Pizza was hot and delicious. pick-up was ready for arrival. no wait

I am disappointed because I do not eat Domino's. The only pizza I enjoy is Papa John's. If Papa John's closes at 9:30, I am unable to satisfy my craving. It is all I desire. Please consider staying open later. Thank you, a loyal customer and fan.

Normally the pizza at this restaurant is excellent. However, the last time we ordered, the Jalapeno Poppers were undercooked and the Hawaiian Chicken pizza was missing the pineapple topping. Unfortunately, this time they also left out the pineapple. It seems that there has been a decline in attention to detail.

Ordered last night, after checkout was informed it would take 99-109 minutes. Then, after 115 minutes, the live tracker finally said arriving in 2 minutes. Then it refreshed, said they were DELAYED. AFTER ABOUT 10 MORE MINUTES, it showed driver turning onto our street. I went outside, driver pulled up and brought the food to me. Wasn't very warm. I swear, I delivered pizza over 20 years ago and we had hot bags back then. It's bad when you have to microwave the pizza that was just delivered. Neither the pizza or the papadilla was very hot. Neither was nearly as good as expected.
