Pizza Hut - Tuscaloosa

Always on time for pickups! It's just hard to beat a pepperoni pizza from Pizza Hut and it's gotta be thin crust for me!

It 's a Friday night. Website says they close at 12am. I ordered one pizza online, at 8:54pm. Got the confirmation number via email stating it went through and would be ready by 9:10pm. My mom went to go pick it up for me because I 'm sick. Upon arrival, she calls to tell me that they 're saying they closed at 9 and that my order was cancelled, and maybe it had something to do with my card . I never received anything stating that my order was cancelled, or that my card was declined. I even checked my banking app to see if the amount due was taken out of my account. Sure enough it was. I 'm still on the phone at this point, and I relay the information, they then say I should receive the amount due back within 3-4 business days? Quiet honestly I think they just didn 't want to make my pizza right before they close, which I work in food service so I get it, but to whom ever owns this specific pizza hut locations(since it 's not owned by corporate , please update your website portal to reflect the hours of operation of this establishment

Pizza, mmm, very delicious. Service is awesome even when they are busy. Service treated us so nice. This place has a cool atmosphere. Kinda of like a restaurant in Los Angeles I liked to visit.

They have a rediculously low effietient and obviously lack in organization. The order can not be down after 1 hour placed. The sanitation is horroble. During the pandemic period, they still use their bare hand to touch food ,cash, and computer without wash their hands.

I will NEVER order from this place again. They are EXTREMELY RUDE. We live minutes away and an hour after the order went out for delivery, it still never arrived (2 Hours from the time we placed our order! . The manager was just as rude as the associates. We STILL haven?t been refunded for the order we never received. The rude associate on the phone said with an attitude that it?s because they?re the only Pizza Hut delivering in the city of Tuscaloosa. Well, they now have one less customer to deliver to. Looks like they closed the wrong Pizza Hut location. The one located at McFarland and Skyland was actually pretty good.
