Baskin Robbins - Tustin

This is the best ice cream place ever! Fred is amazing—he encouraged us to try everything and then said, "I won’t feel bad at all if you decide not to buy anything!" I absolutely love this place! The ice cream is delicious, and the customer service and quality are a perfect 100 out of 10.

The service at this restaurant is unprofessional, and they often fail to complete orders placed through DoorDash or Grubhub. I spoke with the manager about missing items, but he deflected the issue, blaming the delivery process instead of taking responsibility to rectify the situation for the customer. He even mentioned he was "busy," which is disappointing.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Baskin Robbins. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with their friends and coworkers than providing good customer service. Having previously worked at a Baskin Robbins in Long Beach, I know how things should be run. Unfortunately, they were far from it. I won’t be returning. If you want to attract customers, please get organized and stick to proper procedures.

Awkward store layout, stale waffle cones/bowls, average selections of flavors. Try a sample before you commit as the flavors are hit and miss!

Owner is a total A-hole. My gf and I saw him mistreat his employees, physically pulling them in the direction he wanted them to move in and talking down to them as he gave them orders. The employee was very young and seemed to be a newbie, which made this very hard to witness. He seemed very comfortable doing this in front of a store full of customers so he probably does this all the time. Do not support this man or his business. Will dfntly be Reporting his franchise.
