Big Parm - Tustin

Been wanting to go here for months. Had work training nearby, went and it was closed.

Came on Sunday because it said it was opened, and it was not.

I’m not sure if I should leave a review here or for DoorDash but:I ordered a pizza on DoorDash on a Thursday evening. The pickup time given to me was 6:42 PM. When I arrived at the Hangar at 6:42 PM, Big Parm was closed. The lights were off in the kiosk, the food prep areas behind the counter were cleaned/covered, and no employees were present. The closing time on Big Parm’s website and Google is 8 PM on Thursdays. I was still charged for the pizza.

Posted hours on Google maps and the website are not accurate. Went there at 5:30pm on Saturday and they were closed after accepting an online order. Stall next to them confirmed that they closed earlier in the day.

Ordered via DoorDash before 5pm on a Saturday. DoorDash driver got there and called to let us know they were closed. Their website says their hours are Tues-Sat 11am-8pm. If your own website is wrong, correct it.
