Coffee Grinder - Tustin

Another large small coffee shop. whole beans, espresso bar, eat, desserts and kink snacks. I like the variety of the beans and the fresh ones.

Even a loaded parking lot full of car-meet people didn't slow this place down.There was a line, we were five people back and it still took under five minutes to get to the front.The pastries are amazing, I had a raspberry almond shortcake bar and she had a blueberry muffin.The lattes came out so quick and were nice and hot. (Hey, sometimes they aren't).You can tell this place has a loyal following and lots of friends and family visiting. I love our local Peet's but having a spot like this close to home would likely lead to knowing everyone's name and going far more often than is practical.The next event we attend here will be looked forward to with anticipation just because we know they have great coffee and pastry on site and the service is excellent.

I ordered a flat white, but the owner seemed confused by my request. I tried to clarify that it was essentially a latte with more espresso and less milk. However, the drink I received tasted like hot milk and left me disappointed. The owner seemed disinterested and I felt like my $5 was wasted. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

This is the best café I have visited in the USA. The coffee is excellent, with a great variety of freshly baked and delicious pastries. The quality is on par with European standards! They also offer sandwiches and breakfast options. The prices are reasonable. A must-visit spot!

The lunch was quite large and a bit pricey, but the food and coffee were excellent.
