7-eleven - Twain Harte

The owner clearly takes great pride in catering to the needs and desires of everyone who visits this store, making it the most well-stocked 7-11 I have ever seen—amazing! Another reason for my high rating is the exceptionally cheerful and friendly attitude of the sales associate, Wanda, who was working during my visit.

The radiator broke down, but they had everything I needed to make it home safely: duct tape, 5 Gum, and radiator fluid.

I want to share my experience at the 7-Eleven in Sonora. After a visit to Black Oak Casino, we were driving back in extremely heavy rain and struggling to see out of our windows. We decided to stop at 7-Eleven for assistance, and the staff was exceptional. They provided us with plenty of free paper towels and everything we needed to safely continue our journey. It was truly comforting to receive such helpful service. The people there were wonderful, and we made it home safely. We just wanted to express our gratitude and leave a great review.

HORRIBLE. I came in at 7/17/22, just asking the different brands of cigarettes that they have. The woman at the counter had 3 screaming kids behind the counter and was rude, yelling at her kids to shut up and then when I was asking about the different brands was very crude and unprofessional, off putting and crass, acted in a very unprofessional manner. Will not be going back. Please go somewhere else. I wished I would have gone to a chevron or a different place, not worth the experience at all. Tried to call to speak to a manager about the conduct and my experience numerous times and they don't even answer their phone calls. Not worth your time or money. Go somewhere else.

During my recent business trip to a local event, I stopped by this store and treated myself to a hot dog and a Slurpee, which really satisfied my hunger and thirst. I later had the pleasure of meeting the owner at the event, and he was a genuinely nice guy! He even offered me some refreshing water before I got back on the road. Overall, it was a lovely experience in a welcoming community!
