Terrible experience da slongan is freaky fast, it took us 17 f-ing minutes

I thought Jimmy John's was supposed to be fast. When the guy got here he sat out in his truck for 10 minutes before making his way up to my house. He was kind and friendly but the service was slow!

Literally the absolute worst service I’ve ever received in my entire life, as well as some of the rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with. they charged me, said it was out for delivery, and neglected to call me when I wasn’t in their delivery range. And when I asked them why they didn’t call to let me know or call and have the other store take over it, the guy, who is a guy I knew personally and doesn’t like me because he’s VERY bad in bed and I wouldn’t go that route with him if my life depended on it, told me I had to make that call if I wanted the help. stupid Harley ??‍
