Feedback gevenFirst time trying while driving by and pulled into the outlook park by the bridge. That being in proximity was really good, but food was stellar. Staff was nice, but since I hadn?t gone, the system was weird. The people before me got buzzers, but I didn?t,so I didn?t know if I had to wait around or they?d get me since I wanted to sit outside.
The food is alright, I definitely think they should cook childrens hamburgers a little longer. My son wouldn?t eat it after I ripped apart to see if it was cooked. My daughters was also really pink. The shakes are amazing! The tempura green beans areamazing also. I?m not one to go up and complain, just maybe for future references they should be cooked a little longer. Kidsare so picky as it is.
If I could give this restaurant a zero-star rating, I definitely would. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and the chicken was only about 10% cooked—pink and raw in the middle. I waited 15 minutes for my food, so there's no excuse for it being undercooked. This is by far the worst takeout experience I've ever had; I've never come across food that was so poorly prepared in my life. To make matters worse, when I tried to call and speak with a manager, I was put on a pre-recorded line. I will never support this restaurant chain again.
I waited some time before posting my review because during my first visit, I didn't receive my Golden Chicken Burger from the drive-thru. I reached out to corporate, and they genuinely value customer feedback— they made it right! The burger was delicious and juicy, and I’ll definitely be returning. The peach and mango nectar juice was also very refreshing. I appreciated the beeper they provided to notify me when my meal was ready. Overall, the atmosphere was nice too.
The food was absolutely amazing; I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10!
