Wendy's - Twin Falls

My gf can't order from here because it's vegetarian. I order her last night a baked potato, not only was she undercooked and missing acidic looked.

I am always happy with the wendy’s in twin if. the customer service is always great. eating is always great. I enjoy the online order and I still have a problem with the arrival and it is not ready. these quadratpatties are mmmhmm good tho!

Their general sense is ignorance and terrible customer service. the app is confusing and if I only got 2 bungalows and sweets, would they not withdraw my burger or at least put a burger patty in it? they expected me to pay $20 for another burger, ordered the right way. have they really expected that I have 2 pieces of bread with sweet buns? bad posture and the customer is never right in his book.

That was the hands down, the best wendys I've ever had! They know how sometimes they get on a running gear thru and a recorded message comes up to arrange them to launch order? I thought this happened here, but that was just cian and his fantastic, polite, professional voice! it was late, we had a huge $80 order, and cian in the thru running gear was patient, helpful and did everything he could to ensure that our wendy experience was brilliant! when we moved into the window to get our food, they could see that the whole team works together to give us perfection and they did! not miss an article or a mistake on our order! the food was also hot and delicious. I'm not an almost food girl, but I would drive to twin if to go to wendy anytime!

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.Every time I come here, and I come here a lot. There’s always an issue. The one time I did the survey on the back she told the employee that people can put fake numbers on them and didn’t want to give me my free sandwich. The next time I made sure to bring my phone so she could see and I heard them groan in the background when they heard my order. I always order for my friend and I asked for light salt fries and my fries were not filled and were over salted (I feel like they did it out of spite). My order is always messed up, and the Asian manager is always rude to me and is the one who denied my free sandwich.I used to work here so I know how hard it can be but professionalism is key to any successful business and this restaurant does that reflect that.I will never come back.
