Kreigers - Twin Oaks

This place has rebranded from Kriegshauser's Restaurant Bar and Grill. They change their look and they change their menu slightly but it is all similar It is very clean and remodeled. The food was delicious. I had the buffalo chicken wings and my husband had the Beef tenderloin sandwich with seasoned french fries. The fries were delicious and the sandwich looked very good. The wings were okay. They were nice and crispy like I asked them to fix them but there was not enough sauce. Otherwise, lunch was really good and our waitress was on top of things. We liked her. She took good care of us. Our lunch tab was $30 without tip. Enjoy!

Well meh. First time here and we were significantly underwhelmed. Order was consistently screwed up, appetizer never came and we had to request water once our beers ran dry. The buffalo chicken wrap was good, but the philly cheese had a funny flavor and the side salad wasn't served with it as requested. To top it all, they gave us the wrong check. Overall it was a hot mess. Won't be back.

Other reviews are correct, This is Kriegers with a new name and prices Still has great Happy Hour 7 days a week. Game specials during all major St. Louis, SLU, Mizzou sports events. Shelby is one of the most friendly and helpful bartenders in town.

Meh. I have not been impressed with this place since the recent remodel and menu change. Visited recently for dinner at 5:30pm. Had to wait 15-20 minutes for a table because they had so many set up for groups of 6 or more, which were mostly empty. Food is mediocre at best. Waiter was fantastic.

The food is usually pretty good. They have good specials also if you are sitting in the bar. BUT be prepared to be there a LONG time if you are sitting in the bar area. Every time I go and sit in the bar the service is so slow. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or just lackadaisical. I enjoy this place but I'm hesitant to return because of the slow/poor service.
