Dunkin' - Twinsburg

After working a double shift, I went to Dunkin' Donuts in uniform only to be served a burnt sandwich that they wrapped up and charged me for. They argued about something being on fire, but I later discovered it was actually my sandwich that was on fire when I got home. They had given it to me without acknowledging the burnt state.

While waiting for my order at the restaurant, I observed the girl working in the drive-thru making food. She accidentally dropped some items on the floor, then picked them up and continued using them. I found this unsanitary and unacceptable. As someone who has worked in the food industry for years, I will not be eating here again.

My last 4-5 visits, they were are always been sold out of their Sour Dough breakfast sandwiches, never fails. Apparently they have an inventory issue, lol.

I just bought 2 jelly donuts from here and neither of them had any jelly inside. Dunkin is the worst place ever. I wish this place had been wiped off the face of the planet by covid, but instead it caused several local bakeries to shut down.

The restaurant is bright, clean, and well-equipped. I had never been to this place before, but I was impressed with how efficient and well-run it was. Despite being busy, there was no wait for a table. The veggie bites were hot and delicious, and the frozen chocolate dessert was heavenly.
