Feedback gevenI waited an hour, and no one was cleaning the showers. When I asked the manager about it, she said the cleaning person was taking out the trash, but nobody was actually seen doing that. The manager was a young woman who seemed uninterested and quite dismissive. This place really needs a new manager so that drivers can at least have access to clean showers.
Mike was really great for providing me with extra towels for my shower. If you want to avoid waiting, it’s best to get there early in the morning. But once you do, the showers are fantastic!
I went in to ask the guy behind the counter if he knew that a truck was parked blocking the drive through, he wasn't a bit concerned could care less. The flatbed has room to back in to the parking space but he parked part way in a parking space butdidn't back in he parked blocking the drive through
I was there late this evening, and the cashier was rather rude and condescending, making innapropriate comments about my purchase.. and unlike the customers that preceded me, she didn't bother to say hello or ask me for my rewards card. I alsodon't believe that scanning a customers card does not entitle you to call him by name, especially when you didn't do that tothe other customers. I feel like I was singled out.
There's plenty of parking available, and the lounge is nice and quiet for watching TV. They also keep everything very clean. Thank you, Flying J's!
