Applebee's Grill - Tyler

Our server was incredible! I didn't catch her name, but she was excellent! The manager, a male with curly hair and glasses, was working behind the bar and taking a long time to make drinks in a slow restaurant. He wouldn't let my boyfriend have a drink and a shot at the same time, and had a bad attitude. There was no hospitality whatsoever. I would not recommend dining there when he is working.

I really love this Applebee's location compared to others in the area. The staff is very friendly and the food is consistently delicious. I visit here frequently and have always had a wonderful time. My favorite dish is the fiesta lime chicken. Dekevian is an exceptional server, definitely the best there!

Stopped in while shopping for a quick bite. We were greeted promptly as we entered and seated. Our waiter, Chance ,arrived soon after and took our drink orders. When he returned we ordered. 2 meals for $35. After a short wait our food arrived. My wifeordered the Ribs and I had the chicken and shrimp. The food arrived hot . The food and atmosphere were good. The bar area washalf full. After eating I went to restrooms. They were neat and clean. My only disappointment was the soap dispenser was aketchup bottle that I didn't want to touch. Maybe they can have that repaired soon.

I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars, that would be more accurate. I usually enjoy coming here to eat, but tonight's experience was terrible. I arrived around 9:40 and ordered drinks shortly after. My food was not taken until 10, and I did not receive it until 10:40. Not only was I frustrated by the long wait, but my food arrived with hairs in it. There were multiple hairs, including some on my friend's plate. I asked to speak with the manager and showed her the issue. She took the food back and brought fresh food around 11:30. To make matters worse, I was still expected to pay full price for the food after the hair and long wait. I was very unsatisfied and disappointed.

Pasta was dry as hell chicken was over cooked. I asked for extra sauce since it was so dry I get charged 4 dollars for it the bowl is only filled half way. But your going to charge me 4 dollars where everywhere else it would be a 1 to 2 dollars. Tookforever to get refills. Worst place ever.
