Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Tyler

The steak was a substantial cut without excessive fat or gristle. I requested it to be medium rare, and it was cooked to perfection—well-seasoned and tender. I usually stick to filet mignon, as many places serve subpar sirloin, but this steak was excellent, and I would definitely order it again. The sides were served hot and were tasty as well. Our server was friendly, sporting a lovely smile and just the right amount of wit. She was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring we didn’t need anything throughout the meal, whether it was drink refills or otherwise. It’s a rare skill to be so responsive without being overbearing, and she executed it flawlessly.

We placed a curbside order and were told it would take about 30 minutes. We went to get some ice and returned to find our order was ready! We called to let them know we had arrived and requested some ranch dressing with our meal. The young woman who answered the phone was very cheerful and nice! The girl who brought our food was also incredibly friendly. Overall, we were really pleased with our experience.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to my server today, All S., for doing such an outstanding job. He was simply fantastic! The service was excellent, and the food was perfect. I truly appreciate the wonderful experience I had. In my opinion, Cheddar's has come full circle. A few years ago, I would never have recommended this place, but our recent dining experience has completely changed my mind. The area was clean, the food was amazing, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend it. It's been four months since our last visit, and once again, both the food and service were excellent. (01-28-2020)

I was there Saturday 10-30-21 with a friend to have a late lunch ! I food was just WONDERFUL every bite was fully FANTASTIC And the service was A 1. I was in the Restaurant Club business in Illinois for 29 years. I'm very poor about remembering names. But our waiter Mr. J. (I think) was the BEST WONDERFUL Waiter I have EVER had. Food was good the spinach and artichoke dip was one the best I've had. The bread was really good as well. The waiter was very nice we came with a group of 10 so he did a good job. Would go back again
