Cotton Patch Cafe - Tyler

The food here is amazing and reasonably priced. Our server, Annalise, was attentive and efficient, quickly taking our orders and regularly checking in to see if we needed anything. The combination of excellent service and delicious food makes this Cotton Patch location a true delight.

If you’re comfortable being in an unwelcoming atmosphere, this might be the restaurant for you. Upon entering, my group and I encountered rude and unsettling remarks from other customers. We also received service from a non-white server. The food took a long time to arrive, and I didn’t hold the server responsible for the delays; in fact, my meal was never delivered at all. I can't understand how four out of five meals could be served while mine was overlooked. I ordered a simple burger and French fries, which should have been easy to prepare. I’ve had better experiences at other places and won’t be returning here.

The food was fantastic, although it took a bit of time to come out. I loved the fried green tomatoes and the roasted chicken steak, though I would rate the steak a 6 out of 10.

Stephanie, our server was GREAT! She was very busy, but still very attentive! You need to rent a bus, especially on SUNDAYS! Between cleaning their tables and searching for customers it was nonsense! Another thing I experienced was that she should be the server behind us on a table when the customers told her that someone else had already taken her order, she went to the waitress! The other one? Waitress came back to the table and told the client not to worry about this other girl. Have fun! Loved our service today! She's the best we had here in a very long time!

They have really stepped up there service and food . Every thing was delicious
