Freebirds World Burrito - Tyler

My husband ordered a chicken bowl at this restaurant. The serving size has decreased by about half compared to before. He mentioned that the choices were very limited. While the prices are average, be aware that the portions are on the small side. The food was warm but not as hot as we expected, and it was quickly finished. The taste of the food was good, but it would have been better if it was warmer and if they returned to the previous larger bowl size.

The restaurant could have been cleaner and fresher. There were too many workers for it to be so dirty. The ingredients appeared to have been sitting out all day without any covering. Not a recommended spot for vegans. It gave off vibes similar to a budget chipotle. While my friend said his burrito was tasty, it was heavily packed with meat.

Freebirds has been around for quite a while and while I'm not usually one to go out to eat, I have found that Freebirds is an amazing restaurant. It is one of the few places I really enjoy going to as it has proven time and time again that the food is fresh, the staff friendly and personable, and the environment welcoming and relaxed. Even when busy the staff are prompt, on top of their duties, well mannered, and efficient. Always greeted with a smile and a kind disposition. The food tastes excellent and has an option for anyone's diet or desire. well priced compared to their competition and for what you are paying, you get what most would think is applicable to the price.

My first experience was less then stellar. The meat tray was almost empty, I saw the new meat being prepared, they scraped up what was left and put it on my steak full freebies burrito. While eating it, I could not find the steak. There were plenty of everything else, just little meat. The second time I went with the halfbird. Made sure I told them to take it easy on all the other toppings. It came out much better. I had another half bird the next time I came in. It was good too. I feel like I got ripped off the first time. I'll be back.

I went in for lunch today at this fast food eatery and was impressed with the employees. I have visited this location several times and even tried their competition nearby, but I will not be returning there. Freebirds is courteous and very friendly, treating their customers right. I regret that I cannot give them a higher rating than five stars and that I didn't get the names of the employees who made my visit so pleasant. Great job, Freebirds!
