This is a great local restaurant. Mario has owned the establishment since the 70's. All of the local were there on a Saturday night. They have a singer on the weekends and such a treat to have live The food was excellent, the signature bread is unique and tasty. Our waitress was very friendly.

Super popular, local place with a great old school atmosphere. The singer playing old songs in the bar side is a ton of fun. We had the chicken parm, lasagna and garlic bread. To be fair, the house salads are just pre packaged salad mix, but the entrees, gravy, and garlic bread were awesome. The atmosphere a huge plus. Worth a visit for sure

Mom and pop Italian establishment whose owners take pride in their restaurant. The food was quality and I must say delectable. My man had the lasagna and he said it was one of the best he's ever had. I had a dish with Chicken breast and grilled vegetables no pasta that was delicious. Another lick your plate meal! The olive oil and fresh herbs was beyond delicious. Great meal. We just missed the live music. It starts at 6:30 but we came at 5 when they opened. it was pretty filled up by 5:30.

This restaurant has old Chicago vibes, great food, and delicious higher end wines that are half the price as other restaurants. Highly recommended.
