Feedback gevenI had bad experiences with Panda Express before but decided to give them another chance, boy I was wrong. I went through the car-duration window for once I waited well 5 to 10 minutes for the car in front of me as soon as I came into the window to pay the girl was very fluent always asked me what I ordered. I told her the plate with noodles of beef broccoli and chicken teriyaki she mentioned another order I told her, no and again ask me what I had ordered went back and forth, I finally told her to forget it as I already missed my lunch and went back to work. Seriously!
Absolutely rude girl working in the drive thru today. Had an online order, needed to change it, the girl tells me on the phone, I need to change it and pay in person. Go to the place to do this and it is absolutely buried and tells me that it is too small to change from an amount and that I would have to change it online after she said that I couldn't. Okay, so I can just cancel it? She says I have to do this online, so I wonder if she has the phone number to do it online, and she just says no above and does not try to help me at all. Acts like I harassed her when there was no line and I was polite. I couldn't even give the time of the day to find out or do things right.
Started to make my food and then told me my choices cost more than menu price. Too expensive. Needs better menu
First time at this location. Quick drive thru. Friendly. Food was great!
New rules do not allow for pick up without waiting in a terribly long and slow drive through. THERE IS NO BENEFIT TO ORDERING AHEAD. I SUGGEST SELECTING ANOTHER RESTAURANT UNTIL THEY IMPROVE THEIR DELIVERY METHOD.
